21 Posters + Winners Revealed!

Back in November, we commissioned 21 top Pittsburgh artists to create a poster representing our documentary series in which artists talk about their lives, work, and struggles with the current health care system.  The posters were judged by curators and producers representing the Carnegie Museum of Art, Criterion Collection, MASS MoCA, Steeltown Film Factory, and Warhol Museum.  Just this past Friday, we announced the top three winners at the opening of the Healthy Artists Movie Poster Exhibition.  Here are the results:

Andy Scott

Congratulations to Andy Scott, for winning first prize!

Seth Clark

Congratulations to Seth Clark, for winning second prize!

Jim Rugg

Congratulations to Jim Rugg, for winning third prize!

Thanks again to all 21 artists for donating their talents to this cause, the Sprout Fund for supporting this project, and Modern Formations Gallery for hosting the Healthy Artists Movie Poster Exhibition, which is ongoing from January 4th-25th 2013.

Now take a look at all 21 posters and tell us your personal favorites!
