Today is MLK Day 2014, and some inequalities haven’t changed. While the CEO of the “non-profit” institution UPMC makes $6 million/year, many UPMC workers start at $10/hr and struggle to survive. The vigil held this morning by UPMC workers and local spiritual leaders was awe-inspiring.
